To cancel, users must contact us with the order number and proof of payment.
Approved cancellations are refunded within 1–3 working days, returned to the original payment method.

Users may request a return or exchange within 45 days of receipt, including cases of item issues or change of mind.
Requests require contacting us with order details and supporting information.
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 working days back to the original payment method.
