You may request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date of receipt.

  • The item received does not match the placed order

  • Change of mind, provided the item remains in acceptable condition

Ship the item to the designated return address and keep your postage receipt for reference.

④ Inspection and Processing
Once the item is received, we will verify its condition.
If it meets the required criteria, we will proceed with refund arrangements or begin the exchange process.

4. Exchange Processing
After inspection is completed, replacement items will be dispatched within 1–3 working days to the delivery address you provide.

5. Refund Details
For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 1–3 working days and issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Shipping Fee Rules
Responsibility for shipping charges will be handled as follows:

  • If the product has defects, quality issues, odor, severe color deviation, or does not match the order, we will cover the shipping cost

  • For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, users are responsible for all related shipping fees
