These shipping terms apply to orders placed through Homedaurora (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “we”). Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Area
We currently provide shipping services within Australia only.
We do not offer shipments to any other countries or regions at this time.

2. Shipping Fee
Shipping charges follow the rules below:

  • Orders 100.99 AUD or above (including 100.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders below 100.99 AUD will incur a flat 9.99 AUD shipping fee.

3. Taxes
All displayed product prices already include applicable taxes.
No additional tax fees will be added at checkout.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders successfully placed and paid before 18:00 (Sydney time) will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 (Sydney time) will begin processing the following working day.

  • Orders submitted during weekends or public holidays will start processing on the next working day.

5. Processing Time
After your order is confirmed, we typically complete packing and processing within 1–3 working days.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded from working days.

6. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 6–10 working days.
Timing may vary due to location differences, transportation conditions, or unforeseen situations.

8. Order Tracking
After shipping, a tracking number will be provided via your registered account or email.
